Moving takes a village. Luckily, ours is inhabited by a trusted network of local service providers ready to help you move. We've done the hard work in vetting the service providers, including ID and Police Checks, so you can book with confidence.

Once the job is complete, you’ll be prompted (via Email, SMS and Push Notification) to review and approve the invoice and securely pay via your BeMoved app.

That’s ok. You could download it now 😏, otherwise we’ll also send you an email once the job is complete where you can access the final invoice and pay via a secure webpage.

We support payment via Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We know chasing new business takes time and energy, and we want to help take the load off. How? 

• People on BeMoved aren't browsing. Their move is locked in and they’ve paid a deposit for the work to be done. They just need your services to make it happen!
• Pay zero upfront fees. It’s 100% free to create an account on BeMoved and to view and respond to job requests. You'll only be charged a small fee (8%) for the jobs you choose to do. With no lock-in contracts or ongoing fees, it’s a win-win.
• Let the clients come to you. Chasing business takes time and energy, we want to help take the load off by sending the right kind of clients your way.

It’s 100% free to create an account on BeMoved and to view and respond to job requests. You'll only be charged a small fee (8%) on the jobs you choose to do. There are no lock-in contracts or ongoing fees.

On the day of the job, we’ll send you an email and SMS with a 'Request payment' link. Through this webpage, you are able to mark the job as complete, edit and confirm the final job details and invoice the client. The invoice will be issued to the client immediately via SMS, Email and their BeMoved app. You’ll also get a QR code that the client can scan to initiate payment.

Not the one doing the heavy lifting? That’s ok! Simply forward the booking email or SMS you receive on the day of the job to the relevant contact and they’ll be able to finalise the details of the invoice and request payment.
