The exact cost will be determined by your cleaning team after inspecting the property when they arrive for your cleaning. You can also request approximate prices from them once a provider is assigned to your job.

Our cleaners follow a special, agent-approved end-of-lease cleaning checklist. If your property manager or agent notices an item on the end-of-lease cleaning checklist that the cleaners missed, then just let us know within 72 hours and we’ll send the cleaners back completely free of charge.

  • This only applies to bond-related issues concerning the exit cleaning performed
  • Any claim must be made within 72 hours of the exit clean
  • This does not apply to items related to additional services, where the client has chosen not to have those additional services as part of the cleaning.
